Divide the page on which you are going to write (you remember better than typing) into three parts: a narrow vertical column on the left, a wide vertical column on the right, and a horizontal section at the bottom of the page: • In the right column, your detailed notes will be written. • In the left column, the most important keywords will be written. • In the section below, a summary of a few sentences will be written. Summarize the page in a few sentences.
By placing a sheet on part 2 (right side), you can quiz yourself by checking if you know the meanings of the terms on the left from memory.
